Hello, I am Holly Mohanye.

Communications strategist, writer and podcast host. From FCT to North Rhine Westphalia. I speak English and German.

I studied Sociology at Covenant University and later earned an M.A. in Communication online from Liberty University. I have always been fascinated by how people understand the world, and how the way something is said changes what people do with it.

I have 7 years of experience in NGO and non profit communications. At Partners West Africa Nigeria, I worked on advocacy and public awareness campaigns, media engagement and public communication on governance, rule of law, citizen security and women's participation. I have hosted 3 podcasts, including the Citizens' Rights and Security podcast.

Then I moved from FCT to North Rhine Westphalia. I learned the language, the systems, the paperwork, the shops and the everyday realities, often the hard way. Many of those lessons now find their way into my blog.

Today, everything I do comes back to 1 idea: helping people communicate better, move smarter and access more.
