Terms and refunds (AGB und Widerrufsbelehrung)

1. Who you are dealing with

These terms apply to all services and products sold on hollymohanye.org by Holly Mohanye, a business registered in Nigeria and run by Ogechukwu Holly Mohanye, who lives and works in Germany and Nigeria. Email hello@hollymohanye.org. The contract language is English.

2. Services and products

• Calls and sessions: free intro call, discovery call, consulting hour and relocation sessions, held online by video or phone.
• Communication projects: strategy, branding, content, websites, research, speaking and training, based on a written quote.
• Germany Shopping Concierge: buying items in Germany for you and sending them to Nigeria.
• Logistics: sending items between Nigeria and Germany.
• eBooks: digital guides as personal PDF downloads.

Relocation sessions are practical guidance from personal experience. They are not legal or immigration advice, and I cannot guarantee a visa, job or home.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro. Naira amounts are a guide based on the rate shown on the website. Prices are final prices. Payment is made in advance, online with Flutterwave or by bank transfer. A contract is made when I confirm your order or booking, or when your payment is successful.

4. Sessions: booking, moving and cancelling

• After paying, you book your time in my calendar. I confirm it by email.
• You can move a session for free up to 24 hours before it starts.
• If you miss a session without telling me, it counts as used.
• If I have to cancel, you choose a new time or get your money back in full.

5. Shopping Concierge

• There is no store visit fee. My service fee is 20% of the product price, or 10% for items that cost more than €300 each. It covers shopping, transport, packaging and handling.
• The minimum order is €20 in total, including my service fee and shipping.
• Every personal shopping list has a list sourcing fee of €10 per list, whatever the number of products. It pays for the time I spend searching and sorting the products. It is paid before I start and is separate from the product price, service fee and shipping.
• Orders from the Store are paid in full online. Items usually arrive in Nigeria within 8 working days. Delivery within Nigeria is not included and is paid separately.
• For business sourcing, the sourcing fee of €20 per request is paid before I start and is not refunded once the search is done. The service fee for business orders is 10% of the product price.
• Items are paid in full before I buy them, at the store price and a fixed exchange rate of €1 = ₦1,530, plus my service fee and shipping, as shown on the website.
• Returns and exchanges depend on the rules of the store. Items bought specially for you can often not be returned once they have left Germany.
• Customs duties or fees in Nigeria, if any, are paid by you.

6. Logistics

• You must tell me truthfully what is in your parcel. Prohibited items, such as meat, fish and other proteins, food that can spoil and anything banned in Germany or Nigeria, are not accepted.
• Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by customs, airlines, shipping lines or holidays are outside my control.
• Please pack fragile items well. My liability for loss or damage is limited as described in section 9.

7. eBooks

When you buy an eBook you get a personal, non transferable licence for your own use. Each copy carries your name, email and order number. Sharing, reselling or uploading the file is not allowed.

8. Right of withdrawal for consumers (Widerrufsbelehrung)

This section applies to consumers living in the European Union. If you are such a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is made.

To use your right of withdrawal, you must tell me (Holly Mohanye, Ogechukwu Holly Mohanye, email hello@hollymohanye.org) with a clear statement, for example an email or letter, that you want to withdraw from the contract. You can use the form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your message before the 14 days end.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw, I will refund all payments I received from you without delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. If you asked for a service to start during the withdrawal period, you must pay a fair amount for the part of the service already provided up to the moment you told me you are withdrawing.

When the right of withdrawal ends early:

• Services: your right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully provided, if you agreed that I should start before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is complete.
• eBooks and other digital content: your right of withdrawal ends when the download starts, if you agreed that it should start before the end of the withdrawal period, confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal, and I sent you a confirmation.
• Items bought for you: for goods made or chosen to your personal wishes, the right of withdrawal may not apply.

9. Liability

I am fully liable for intent and gross negligence, and for harm to life, body or health. For slight negligence I am only liable if I break an essential duty of the contract, and only for the typical damage that could be foreseen. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is not affected.

10. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria applies. If you are a consumer, you always keep the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live that cannot be changed by agreement. This includes the right of withdrawal in section 8 for consumers in the European Union. If one part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
